As a Myconian family with a leading role in hospitality on the island, they have built ties with local farmers and fishermen who supply them with the best seasonal ingredients and organic produce. In fact, they’ve been working with some of them for more than three decades. Vegetables and herbs are grown exclusively for their restaurants. Even the salt is the finest fleur de sel harvested around the island of Delos.
Their fine dining highlights include Baos at Korali Relais & Chateaux, Naros Italian Cuisine at Naia and Noa Greek Restaurant at Kyma, all with a splendid view over Mykonos town.
