Panagiotis Tsoukatos, Executive Chef of Baos Fine Dining, has shaped the gastronomic identity of the Myconian Collection with his modern Greek creations. Drawing on over two decades of experience, Tsoukatos emphasizes seasonality, simplicity, and clean flavors. Under his leadership, Baos has earned Toque d’Or 2024 and a coveted FNL Best Restaurant Award star.
William Mahi, an internationally acclaimed chef from the Basque Country, is recognized for his refined approach that blends French culinary tradition with Japanese precision and Mediterranean freshness. Currently at the helm of Jing Restaurant at The Peninsula Beijing, Mahi has successfully maintained its Michelin star in 2023 and 2024. His cuisine is known for its artistic presentation, technical precision, and balance of textures and colors.
